For those who don't know, the Social Integration Program (PIS) was created to integrate private sector workers into the financial development of the company they work for.
Similarly, the Public Servant Equity Formation Program (PASEP) was created to administer funds for the public sector.
WHO IS ENTITLED TO PIS/PASEP?
In order to receive the PIS/PASEP, workers must have been employed for at least 12 months and have an income of no more than two minimum wages.
Remember: PIS is for private sector workers and PASEP for civil servants.

- Through the main offices of the Regional Labor Superintendence, formerly known as the DRT.
HOW TO WITHDRAW PIS/PASEP
In order to be able to withdraw the benefit offered by the Federal Government, it is essential that the individual goes to a Caixa Econômica Federal branch or to a lottery shop, presenting their Citizen Card and entering the password chosen during registration.
However, if you don't have your Citizen Card in hand, it is essential that you go to a Caixa branch and present your identification document: Identity Card, Driver's License (recent), Functional Card recognized by Decree, Military Identity, Foreigners' Identity Card and Passport issued in Brazil or abroad.
In addition, Caixa Econômica Federal claims that the worker should always pay attention to the money deposited by the employer and, if there is any inconsistency, the competent bodies should be notified.
